Berry Happy Smoothie  

What ingredients
you'll need

Your little ones will love this yummy smoothie + it's a nutritious and deeelicious way to start the day!

3 oz of organic low-fat vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup of organic frozen berries or fruit (mango, pineapples, raspberries, or whatever is in season)

1/2 cup organic bananas
1/2 cup organic fruit juice (any flavor)

What you'll need to do

For this recipe we used 1 pouch of the Red One, frozen mangos, and lemonade for the juice.

1. Add all ingredients to an electric blender and blend until smooth!

Easy-peasy! You can add 1/2 cup of ice if you like it colder ....

Preparation time: less than 5 mins

Cooking time: none required! yippeee!
